my video and audio are out of sync we've been like this for a while what can I do

is anybody else having this problem my audio is about 15 sec behind anybody know how to fix this it happens on two differnt tvs two subscriptions??

When the audio is out of sync I change channels and go back. This fixes it temporarily. This only happens to a few channels.
