Mine goes black also and doesn't return. Even after hard reboot. Eventually it does come back on its own. Been happening a lot lately. Very frustrating. VOD's working good for now.

Same thing was happening to me in the last 3 days. the channel freezes then it doesn't return until some minutes later. and then again and again.
it seems that today it is working perfect.
hopefully they can address the problem and fix it by this weekend because I don't want to miss the Copa America final match

After reset, nothing happens, Hard rebooted módem and box, The same, on 10 minutes, 8 are in Black average.

Google and cloudflare have been having major routing issues this week that could be one reason.

A lot of my boxes that I sold are having this issue.. I'm using Rocket

Just business as usual. Works for a week or two and then down for a week or two. Nothing you can do is going to fix your problem.

I solved my black out issue by uninstalling the app and reinstalling it
