Problem trying to pay Bitcoin thru coingate

I just tried paying thru Coingate. When I got to the end I'm getting The Webpage at (Long address) might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

What do I do now? No money was taken out of credit card. No rocket received.

Do I wait and try again another day ??

I hate this because I've uploaded all my details to buy and all went to crap.

I have given up on getting Bitcoin thru Coingate. First they wanted drivers license picture which I provided. Then a Picture Selfie with Credit card which was provided. They both failed. Now they want video selfie. Well I gave up because this will surely fail as well.
Don;t buy thru Coingate. I will try another provider and hope it works better.

I just went to a Bitcoin ATM and paid cash. Took an hour and a bit because the nearest Bitcoin ATM is 40 KM away. This is by far the easiest way. No Fuss at all.
The Rockets beat me home.

I remember having to take snap shots of my DL, CC and one other form of ID. They need your phone number to text a code to. And the waiting process I found to be somewhat longer than I thought it should be.

I printed the barcode and amount that was given to me when I renewed Rocket and used that to buy the Bitcoin. At Bitcoin ATM, I pressed buy bitcoin, when asked, I scanned the barcode and paid the amount shown from Rocket. That's it. Other than entered my email to have the receipt sent there. Went home and rockets were in my email used when I renewed.

The ATM was called Localcoin Bitcoin ATM @ Quickie Convenience Store (Ottawa, Canada). It had good reviews from people using it.

You mean to say when you process the renewal through IPTV private server site (Rocket) they will give you the barcode and amount?

I checked the Rocket site because i want to order a new donation, but unfortunately you still need to select one of the payment gateway.

there is issues with the atm bitcoin in my city i order many codes and now the atm machine will not read QR BAR any more for me on my cell phone any one having this problem
