Bought renewal with atm machine. The process went smoothly. I have just a few questions; 1) Are the fees of each atm machine included in the total amt needed to purchase code or do you have to add it in? 2) I added an extra $10 because I didn't want to be short because it was my first time paying with bitcoin.
