Major problem with all Black screens

I have not video and no audio. Black screen but do have the EPG. I did take a pic of the software page. I do believe it was nothing I did. Just all of a sudden it started the problem. I looked at the box to see if there was a reset of some sort but there is not. Any suggestions?

Try A Hard Reboot By Unplugging And Plugging The Power Cord. See If You Can Get To The Settings And Do A Factory Reset
