i purchased 10 donation on May 20 and payed with bitcoin and i didn't receive anything until now.
i sent an email but no one is responding.

first of all verify if money is gone from your account. if you paid cash then thats different story. second, if money is gone then did you check your spam or junk folders? third, it can take 24-48 HRs. if still nothing then i would pm crazed 8.4, tinieblax or drangonkiller with info.
