In reality, any Android would work.
There are m3u Players that can be installed (like Perfect Player, xtream-codes, VLC and etc) which all would work on any Android box.
I also see that box you are asking about does have a Stalker app onboard, so that would also work.

That box is however a Chinese knockoff so do not expect it to be a top quality box... but it is an Android :)
