made mistake by ordering instead of renewing theaccount

Hello,
I am a reseller and wanted to renew an account with active donation, but instead clicked on new assigned donations, now it gave me a new donation no. and when I try to add on the old mac to the new donation, it gives me an error of"existing active account cant add". I did tried to inactive the account but still not taking it? Do I have to wait till the old activation ends?

Can you delete the mac off the old account?I if you can i would not just delete the mac but add 00's instead.I have the same problem with one of mine i haven't tried playing with it yet.But i deleted the mac from the account and it's like the mac is still attached. So this is what i was gonna try.
