Im still haveing same freezing, yesterday worked fine, today i restarted módem, Mac address and the channels freezes every 5 seconds, vod stops in the firts second. Cheched Internet speed and im on 50+, what could it be?

are you connected wireless or hard wire?. if wires then try hard wire.

Thank You for helping dudes, I have disabled the wifi and coneccted via cable and the same freezing, the DNS, i beliebe my ISP made changes and i cannot get into the modems settings, Im caling them right now.

Ok, i have changed DNS to icloud ones and still the same, I have the problems on different locations, office, home, sisters house, I have checked 6 different places, differen t ISP and is the same issue.
freeze every 5 seconds and VOD seems to load but freezes on the irst 2 seconds. The night i detected freezengs i swa VOD, the next day got the problem.

to me sounds like a stbemu or box its self. if you can get m3u playlist and try with vlc or perfect player on your box and see the result. if gets better then its the app but if still the same then its the box.:)

I never tried with hotpot. never needed but will try over the weekend and if I don't forget will post the result.:)

Dodgeit1, I just tried for you and loading, loading, worked, freezing, loading freezing, then I turned off lol.:) no good with atleast my hotspot. my country has garbage cell phone internet. do have good cable internet.:) when I get problems I just go my self and fix my self if theres minor issues outside.:)

I tried dude, on the box with vlc and on my desktop, and on the desktop where I get 90 Mb through cable I get more freeze on VLC, every 3 - 5 seconds.
I believed i changed domething by mistake, so I reset everythiong to factory defaults and configure all devices, The problem continues.

ok you said you tried in your office. is that office close by your house r location your testing? is your ISP is fiber or coaxial?

if your ISP's node is in distress then you gonna have issues until they fix the problem. also, if you can change your portal or perform reset and then try again and let us know please.

seems like you have tried everything. can you change portal to different portal? could be something your ISP implement on their end that causing you issues but thing is no complaint from other people about this??? quick question, locations you tried have different ISP's or same as your house?

How can I change portal? The ISP thing, Im checking as I imagine is different ISP, On one location i am sure is trhe same, but I knos at least 2 other boxes use different IP, Im waiting for the people to use their box to day and confirm that

on your IPTV provider site where you perform reset can you see is there option to change portal? im not sure if with rocket you can change portal. try if you have an option and try with different portal.:)

I see. only one thing I will do is just take that modem/router to your ISP's walk in center and swap that with new and see the result. but you have done most of the troubleshooting on your end.

when I was in USA I tried their LTE was not bad at all. but yes still cell phone is not preferred yet. hopefully 5G will change the game. well here in my country im hardly getting 4G lol.:) I get 4G icon but not the speed lol:eek:

I don't think you can change from rocket to private server. you can try free trial from private server and see if that help. or may be send email to papio and see if they can change portal for you but I don't know if this will work but does not hurt to try.:)

if you want to try dodgeit1 suggestion. buy your own router and if that does not work then return it from nearest shop. or if you want to wait and give few days to rocket and see if that gets fixed it self.:)

That's when everything was Sd.Just goes to show you there is a way they can stop or interrupt iptv streaming. That's i was wondering if you tried your own router hooked into the isp's router.

I tried connect direct from the modem to the bos, wifi an cable, a intermediate touter and the same, another modem and router and the same.
I do not know the difference between rocketr and private, i thought was the name only but private is working for 20 minutes with none freeze

if I were you I would wait few days because could be some maintenance or testing going on rocket side but again its just my opinion. if that don't resolve in few days then its your ISP blocking or messing rocket:)

that means your isp is screwing you

with vpn your isp doesn't know what you're connecting to
they're throttling your connection to rocket

definitely your ISP playing role her but if I were you I would wait but not use vpn as you may get banned if servers detected you using vpn. I know will be little tough to wait but why not just walk into your ISP store and swap that modem. don't call your ISP and just go and swap that modem and see if that will help.:)

Hey, done no thing and its working 100% xD, the problema was on the other side it seems. Anyway i have raised the complain, ill wait the módem change, the dude said that there was a mistake and someone rised me to 200 mb xD
