when you say that you have tried everything, what exactly does that mean ?
Is the box connected to your internet ? And how do you know it is ?
What have you tried to test this ?

Try disconnecting the ethernet cable and replugging it. Do it a few times to clean any corrosion off it. If not then try a different cable.

You did not Have To, but, Thanks for Clarifying what You did do so Others wouldn't keep guessing...!
Just curious tho, did You attempt to connect using another Ethernet Cable before switching to WiFi...?!? Or did You use the same Ethernet Cable when doing what You did in Post #5...?

I'd also suggest that you try a can of spray contact cleaner. I've used it to fix the same problem. Just spray into the ethernet connection on the receiver.

Thank you to give that to my attention I will try that solution for now I don't have the spray cleaner I will go today to buy one
Try swapping the cable as well. They can go bad.

if you have 4 port just move it to next one and do reboot on all but most of time just switch from Ethernet to wireless a back and fourth should read it again i get that now and then on boxes and it wont let me click ok button too
