If anyone is interested I didn't want to run a long Ethernet cable thru my house so I successfully installed a Tenda power line adapter kit which plug into the wall sockets and the allow house wires to carry the data, pretty neat little device.

Yeh .. Powerline adaptors work great I use a pair for my basement HD TV when using Netflix etc. They can be used for anything that needs a direct Ethernet connection IPTV, PC, XBox etc. ;-)

Who can afford a house 100ft long asft ???? Oh ... Run to next door LOL

My stuff won't work without freezing using WIFI, I'm no more than 10 feet away from the router, Ethernet cures those problems on the Avov, I also have a CS918 generic android box that runs just fine using WIFI. It seems to me the Android box that runs KODI is better for on demand stuff.

Well that sucks asft .. There must be something out there cause they make them work on 240volts in the UK would have thought might be something out there for lower voltages other than 120? But I guess there's not a big enough market.

Should be no problem to use a voltage converter.

Some things to look for when using WIFI is the channel your router is on, the number of routers in your area, wireless telephones in your area ( not cell phones) and various other radio interference that can be in your area like power lines in your house with loose connections, which could also cause fires.
