switch donation from mag to buzz box

can i just switch from mag to new buzz box and how thank you

yes you can. go to rocket site and use your donation info in order to change Mac address. get your Mac from buzz and replace new Mac address on rocket site. once done go back to your buzz and enter your portal info and you will be good to go. if not then just reboot your devices. hope this will help.:)
