Will uninstall and reinstall and see if that works

Tried reinstall and still getting "Buzz tv2 has stopped" close app message.

Will factory reset box and see if that works.

yea I know... but what I was asking is weather there is an older version of the buzztv app in the market, to try.

The issue still exist after factory reset so had to resort to older version

okay I see what you were doing with your posts :)

lesson learned then, maybe do not load new firmware onto 3900 unless otherwise tested

not weird really.
Could be things the external hardware attached, like hard drives and etc... or wifi or hardwired , or how it loads onto that 3GB unit.
Many factors can be involved, I can not even guess about.

we should go with what dishuser already knows, this update is not been tested with the 3900 and probably not meant or ready for the 3900 model

Your testing is the only testing that has been done.

The issue appears to have been corrected, no issues for the past hour.

I check this morning and the issue is happening again so it did not go away and needs to be addressed.

I'll let them know about the 3900 having issues

The update number still comes up as 233 but the update is 237
