IT is a bit faster and with a 5g wifi (w2) .

Can the MAG 324 handle 3D, 4K, UHD video modes?

324 has no wifi, built-in. Requires external wifi in USB.
it handles 3D (graphics)
Does not handle UHD - 4K Video.
Linux OS (limited App's available).

IMO, it is behind the times.

The 351 will handle those, but you have to make sure that the IPTV Service providers backend control/ communication software accepts MAG351/352 Ministra clients.
(confirm before you acquire).
*Note: It is also a Linux OS, with limited App's and uses.

IMO - for the price, you could get a high end Android STB like Mygica or the H96Max.
