Mastercard to make Payment

When will we be able to make credit payments using Master Card?
It has been several months since PayEase and Globebill do not work.

It took my card. It is a MasterCard debit/credit. But used a giftycard? Kinda weird, but worked. That was in November right after the # of payment options were starting to drop.
