DreamLink T2 not working

I have a DreamLink T2 that red light stays on, turns green when turned on but goes off in 3 seconds, but the T2 appears, then the DreamLink Emblem appears, but then it shuts down. I have tried holding the up button while plugging it in, that didnt work, have done what Crazed 7.2 had said to do but nothing seems to work. I have since purchased a DreamLink T2 Prime which i think is a better Reciever but was wondering if anyone might know how to get my old one working, if not might as well junk it, Thanks to all for the support we have on this site.

In there you will find 3 different ways to reset your box.
The last method is the same as what Ryu has linked to, except different file sources used.
The file itself will be labeled as "update.ird" and is same file as the "recovery_facinit"
Compatible with Formuler S and Z Series boxes and with Dreamlnk T-Series boxes.
Tried and tested as far as compatibility and with confirmation from Tech team as well.

Thanks to Ryu and crazed 7.2 for all your help that you provided me. It took me a while, went through 2 of the steps (didn't work) but the file I loaded in my Flash drive done the trick. The T2 is playing beautiful, so I will keep for a spare, Thanks again, don't know what we would do without the help.

Do you still want to junk it or donate hahahah:cool: just kidding. Keep to your self and will help you someday. Yeah when I saw your post then I figured last option will be the best for you but thanks to crazed for proving link with all options. No worries dude thatÂ’s why we are here and now you know why this site is the best site :cool:
Honestly IÂ’m very happy that you made it work again. Ryu just loves it. Good job. Need more help feel free buddy.
