I have a Formuler z7+. I am using wireless internet. When I connect on the wireless page it shows good signal and 75mbs. TV Video is set to 720P
Problem:I have many instances of the picture dropping and the circle spinning in the middle of the screen. Before the connection is blamed, I can switch to The Weather Channel and it works fine 99% of the time. Also the YouTube app works fine so I believe it is not the connection. Another thing I notice quite often is if I switch to another channel for a short while (to avoid a commercial on the channel I was watching) then switch back, it does not connect and can take 20 minutes to reconnect to the original. It may actually take longer but I give up after 20 minutes. The service is great when it is working so I am hoping it is something I am doing wrong or have mis-configured.
Thank you for reading.
Once again I have to remind you guys that most of the source seedings are derived from Satellite feeds. and are susceptible to atmospheric conditions like heavy rain or snow storms etc.
Yesterday and today, North America is experiencing a lot of both, and if you were previously an IKS user, you know that you loose signal or quality regularly.
Not to get into the technicals, but when your source signal is corrupted, the transcoding for the IPTV stream will not succeed and you will get a glitch.
As for the Weather Network, it is a remote, or open, channel that does not come from the Server, and is always available, even if the Server was off.
As for Youtube and similar video streaming sites, they are not "Live" streams, and use a different transfer protocol, similar to a file download.
*(VOD service uses a similar transmission protocol)
So when LiveTV is glitchy, ...watch a Movie!

Thank you for all the replies. Right now I am watching National Geographic channel 9186 with no issues. When I try to watch A&E 9118 or Science 9193 they either will not start or are unwatchable.

I don't know if this will help you but tried for you. I asked one of my friend who has rocket and he confirmed he does not have that issue but only thing is he has different box. thats why I said if this will help you or not. looks like its not server issue but could be just your box or some other issue. I would save all information such as donation, settings then reset your box and try agin and see if that helps fix your issues. please let us know and do it on your own risk. :)

I am trying factory reset. The only TV channel that is working is The Weather Channel. The others (TNT, A&E, Fox News, HGTV, Science) do not work. Movies do work, However they will occasionally stop and I have to restart them from the beginning.

Did factory reset and still have same issues. Another note, I have a Fire TV on the same wireless network in the same physical location as the Formuler and it works flawlessly on Netflix,,,etc. I am wondering if the MyTVOnline app in the Formuler z7+ is a problem?

As I mentioned before, netflix etc. is completely different than IPTV LiveTV, so don't use it as a comparison for troubleshooting your Problem.
*and BTW, you should try to use a wired connection to your router, so as to remove any wifi reception concerns.
*and BTW, FireTV is a well designed, high end, quality device, compared to the z7, generic Chinese low end STB.
If you can watch the weather network without problems, your Wifi can be removed from the equation.
If you can watch a VOD selection, even with glitches, you don't have an Account problem or login problem.
All channels you mentioned with problems are the HD version.
Do you have the problem on SD (Science 193 instead of 9193, etc.)?
Stuff to try anyway!

Was just watching the Peach Bowl on ESPN SD, not HD and the screen went black and the dreaded loading circle showed Up. Now the only channel that works is The Weather Channel. If it goes as usual, in about 20 -30 minutes the channels will start coming back. This morning most channels were working except National Geographic and A&E,, both SD.
I just checked for updates for the Formuler Z7+ and says I am up to date. V1.2.49 and V1.9.55.
By any chance does the 20 minute disconnect happen always at the top of the hour?
...and usually 4 or 5 pm eastern (9 or 10 pm GMT)
Servers requiring a reboot usually get done then, and it has been quite often lately.

Are they a fix for this Ken? That is what is happening with the 254. If it was updated with the new 322 that says its the new 254 would that stop this? Service is almost unwatchable after the reboot happens and its EVERYDAY.

I am not sure which pan to jump into are you saying I should go to bed and DREAM on it one or two times? ;)Dreaming isn't going to help. But it will help if you sleep 24hrs a day then you don't have to worry about tv.After they do a server reset try and turn the mag off an on and see if that helps. But like i said there are better choices then a mag322.Especially with the blocking that is happening.

Making some progress. Still have the 10-20min outages where the TV channels(except for the WX Channel) stop working. In addition but not a fault of the service, I was also experiencing many drops per hour. That seems to have been caused by a non-compatible WI-FI adapter. The non-compatible WI-FI adapter was included in the box along with the Z7+. I ordered a replacement adapter recommended by the Formuler forum. Inamax USB WiFi Adapter 1200Mbps, USB 3.0 Wireless Network WiFi Dongle with 5dBi Antenna from Amazon
As I am typing this, 11:45 EST, the TV channels just died except for the WX channel.
