Newbie here - Need advise here about the IPTV box and TV Donations

Hello folks! I am a newbie here but have used iptv for couple of years through a supplier who provided the AVOV box with preloaded channels. He then charged me another $175 for a formuler Z7+ which died recently after just 4 months.

I have now decided to go out and look for the box and subscription myself and need your help to see which android box is the best. I was earlier thinking to use ROKU 4 for this purpose but not sure how that would work compared to what i had at formuler box.

I also need your advice to know what IPTV subscription is best to play movies and especially 3D movies. Please advise!
