Trying to test to see if my amazon firebox emu works. Trials at iptv66.com don't work

I'm trying to do a trial, but when I put in my email address and my country and do the captcha, I'll click submit and the webpage will just refresh/reload and the info I put in erased. Just empties everything.

Clicking the support takes me too a dead domain link to iptv66.org.

Is there anyway to get a trial to test this thing?
