WiFi Again

My WiFi seems to work on some apps but not others. For instance Youtube works fine. I'm getting the WiFi sign on the T1 homepage and my settings menu shows that I am connected.

However on other apps such as Mirorcast they seem to indicate that they can't find WiFi or they say "WiFi not connected".

Weird.

Miracast has to see a wifi display enabled device on the same wifi network to work.
*Not really an app like utube. It is a Utility!
