Good afternoon I need some help, I can't see nothing since yesterday. I had a message that's say host not found, I change the URL and didn't work, anyone can help my please. Thank you in advance.

make sure your URL/ credentials are correct. turn off your box. reboot modem and router. go to rocket site and make sure your account is active. then perform a reset @ rocket site. try to turn on your box and see if that works. if still no luck then PM mode crazed 7.2 (right click on his name) and he will take care for you.:)
