boxes freezing

hello I have many boxes freezing
What can I do. that is from Sunday

first have you tried and rebooting the box thats too long for freezing and on all channels ?

passing the channels one by one there are a few that look

turn off your box, reboot modem and router and try again and see if that helps.:)

I made tests with another company (isp) and it does not present freezing nor problems
