I am visiting in Houston Texas and there is AT&T fiber in here and I am seeing a lot of freezing where I am from in Canada I don't see this. I am assuming that AT&T have a network issue somewhere.

That is usually the deal when things start acting up. Many blame the service, but the simple fact it that the network is clogged someplace somehow.

There has been some kind of problem the last few nights. But it don't look like it's happening to everyone. But what i did find last night,I went from the Buzz to the T1+ and the problem was not there.I started out with the T1 and no problems.Switched rooms where the Buzz is and the problems began just like the last few nights. Not like it's unwatchable just annoying freezing every min or so for a few seconds and it was the same pattern over and over.

I am running a Formuler 7z+ and it appears that the UDP packets are being either dropped or lost. If I remember right channel 227 did not do that. Guess i will just have to put u with it until I get back home.
I think the ISP's in the states are starting to slow down .ts Streams.
New law lets them do it!
