Perfect Player (Only) Template - VOD Movies with Embedded & Formatted Metadata

Perfect Player was lacking when it came to displaying metadata information for VOD listings.
A Movie thumbnail just doesn't cut it, so I had to figure out how to make it better.
It took a lot of investigation, custom programming and, well, ...work!

Below are 2 links to Templates for Perfect Player.
For now they consist of just English Movie listings (Classics to come)
*Note; Any new listings from the last 3 weeks are not included (but added if I continue any updates)

Part1 is the complete list with the newest additions at the top.
Part2 is a Formatted listing with Genres as well as Release years.

* Search and Replace terms, are as my normal releases;

*Note: In Perfect Player settings/ General - browse to and select your 2 custom .m3u Playlists in Playlist 2 & 3
Check the VOD checkbox
On the Main Menu click the Rectangle/ Down Arrow Icon and select VOD.
On the small Sub-menu, click Show Additional Information (similar to Show/Hide EPG)

*Bugs Found: Nov 01 - A few extra listings found in wrong categories. (will update)- /kens

I've tried ProgTV but prefer Perfect Player!!!
files should play fine but I do not know if the Metadata will display properly.

Let me know the outcome either way.

This worked perfect thru Perfect Player

Should work thru ProgTV... but I have not tried that yet either.
I did get a start on testing this thru the Dreamlink/Formuler Playlist portal.. but got sidetracked :eek:
This is on my agenda for tonight :)
And also I am thinking about using your data in each of these movie/channel lines into my VODs list and see how that works...

not unless there is a need for it.
I stopped updating it since PP will now accept XC login, which will give you the providers vod metadata(which is poor, and not categorized), but usable for most.
When I finish IPTVXtra III, for KODI v.19 Matrix, I will also be offering other extras for these Services (if they want to use them!)
*This includes proper vod metadata, etc.

If there is a need for an update, have some users PM me, and I will add to my list of things to do.
*(Since most of my income has stopped due to Covid19, I have time, ...but no Money!!!)
