Rocket and vpn

I'm using a VPN and I get the vod but not the tv.
I tried to make a search but VPN is too short.
Anybody know if there is a way to get it?

Anybody know if there is a way to get it?Vpn's are not allowed on the server and could get your account ban.Turn off your vpn and do a iptv reset with the stb unplugged and you should get your tv back.

There is a complete section on VPN's here, in the computer section that should provide you will all you need.

Yeah there is a complete section of Vpn stuff. All those posts and threads where form 2017 when i believe it was allowed.It does tell you right on the order page that they are not allowed.Here is what it says......
If our system detect that you are using your donation through a VPN, Proxy, Datacenter or in more than 1 device at the same time it will be automatically banned. When using MAC Address authentication is highly recommended to protect your donation by activating the Country or Internet Provider lock to prevent that someone else spoof your MAC to get unauthorized access using your account.
