stb blocked call your provider

have renew my router number before it expired. but i still got this today that my STB is blocked.
Can someone help me with this?

go to iptv66.com website and log onto one of those codes. Link below will show you how to do that.

Once logged on, use the IPTV Reset tab and then use the Change Portal function and change the s1 portal to the s2 portal.
Then do the change on your receiver to match.
Then perform a reset at the website.
