Mag 254 Reset Issue

I recently plugged my mag254w2 back in for use with a popular provider and my box keeps resetting on its own, while watching something, or even navigating the EPG. It wasn't doing this months ago when I had the same service for a month. The only thing that changed was doing an update to the box. Could the new update be causing this problem? If so, how easy is it to roll back?

Its not the new update causing you the problem. It works fine. Could be your provider no need to go back to the R22
