When I try to Add MAC or Download Playlist, it takes me to the error page

404 Page Not Found
The page you requested was not found.
So I can't link the MAC address to the donation number.

what device is this MAC from ?
Are you using the correct format ?

Why are you trying to reset password and link MAC at same time ?
