stb blocked

I just renewed my service and was given a new route linked to my mac address for my mag 256 w2. loaded url and it reboots and now im getting stb blocked. checked my assigned route and reset iptv and tried re-entering url again and still get same stb blocked. did url change or does anybody able to help me out. thanks

did you use the change URL option at the iptv66 website and then match your receiver setup to that change ?
Then with receiver turned off, do another iptv reset at the website.
