Some help please

My mag254 loads to the inner portal it just started happening and i can not figure it out
To load in the portal screen

Go to settings or hit settings
Then hit system settings
Then hit restart portal
Then hit ok to confirm
Wait few seconds and you will be back into outer portal.

Thank You But it never load right into the inner portal it just started doing it how do i just load to the outer portal???
