Missing Channels / Categories

I'm using Vaderstreams, and noticed certain channels and categories are missing on my Dreamlink T1+ using DOL2.

For example, under the Sports category it does not have the BT Sports 4K channels, and there's no channels under certain ethnic categories. However, when I load my playlist under Perfect Player or the Vaders web portal, it's all there.

I've cleared my cache and factory reset the box, as suggested by my reseller, but those channels are still missing for some reason.

Anyone seen this before?

Just FYI - that channel no longer in our list or the one you mentioned.
1,2, and 3 are still there/
