I just donated 1 year on rocket iptv. now i am using kodi with Xtream-Codes IPTV (http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?27186-How-to-SETUP-Kodi-with-IPTV-Rocket-NFPS-66-with-new-update-discussion) adon on nvidia shield 2017, but the channels freezed and dropped out. I want to try perfect player on the same box. Do i have to remove the addon on kodi first? Thank you

You could add that Perfect Player thru Kodi and no need to delete the other.
Or if you can add apk files (which you should be able to do thru a File Browser of sorts), add the apk file of that Perfect Player and then no need to run it thru Kodi. But you can also run thru kodi if so desired.

This is for the BuzzBox, but the concept is the same...

And some knowledge that deals with the Perfect Player....

Just a small clarification...
No problem having multiple services on 1 STB.
Kodi has no PP Addon. It is a standalone App.

Easiest way is to install from Playstore
or
download the latest .apk file and sideload it (android Security settings - Enable "Allow Unknown Sources").
