Hello friends...i need to know...i have only 1 route on my account but in 20 days will expired my service....now how can i renew but i will like to have now 2 Routes to pay $100 for 2 routes....let me know please explain for me...thanks so much friends

You cannot use an existing donation in a Purchase of 2, to get the discount.
It is not a "we're greedy!" thing, it's an "order processing software" thing.
Order 2 new donations.

After reading this post I have a similar situation. Looking to renew for my third year one week before my route expired with the intentions of letting it expire. Purchased 2 routes a few days before my old route expired taking advantage of the promotion and looking to expand to second MAG box. Paid the $100 and only received 1 route and no email as before for IKS info. I am lucky to have captured the order number. I did put in the order from the MAC address for a new route that had a few days remaining on the old route and that MAC seems to have been the one lost in the order. It did not renew as stated above and the new route I received worked but I had to update MAC for the route I received to keep me going for the expired route. I am short 1 route. My order only shows 1 route not 2. Thanks in advance as I will PM the details for some help.
So when you go to Check Order Status using the new order# and your email address, it says 1 new route only, not 2?
confirm you paid for qty2 on Credit Card.
Also, check Spam or Junk folder of your email program for Reply info.
