I use several services / providers on my MAG254, and had to switch providers recently on one of them (xxxxxx) - I have noticed that the speed of scrolling through the pages on the channel section is unbearable, and often hangs. This morning, I can't even get any channels to display (it is stuck on "loading"). I have restarted the box, full reset, still the same in fact it seems to be getting worse.
My other services still work fine, so I am assuming it is an issue on the server's end (read somewhere that high resolution logos can cause this issue on the MAG). However, this server worked fine last week when I was using a different reseller/portal - so I don't know if it is a coincidence.
Hoping to get someone's view as when I contact resellers for technical issues, they tend to blame my box or my settings, rather than the server/their end, so want to rule out an issue with my box itself before I run it by them.
