rocket will not connect

I renewed my rocket,installed the new rocket number and I got nothing,page says connection error check ip and url, provider pined my mac address to my rocket but it will not connect,i need help,please ive been trying to fix this for 6 days,no hail lets thanks for all help.

I would go to rocket site and check my donation status first. check link below

then I would make sure all my info is correct and match all info with info that you have entered in your box.
if still nothing then I would private message to crazed 7.2 and provide him donation info.:)

thanks for the info my donation is good it has been checked,what is so crazy is my tv worked fine and all I did was enter the new rocket that came because of my donation,after I put the new rocket in I got no picture,only check connections and check url also no ip not available and ethernet not connected,i am connected wirelesly.this is driving me crazy.

I got your pm thank you the problem is I am not familiar with how to check url and other things,sorry but I am not really up on the technical parts of the system,i could not even figure how to answer you on pm. thanks joe

Server URL = p1.iptvrocket.tv OR p2.iptvrocket.tv
With http?// attached.

Get into your Mag boxes menus, look for SERVER menu.
Always look at bottom of each menu screen to see any further options may be found there, thru depressing a colored button.

For PM, right click on my name and option will show there.

Also need to log onto your code via rocket website. And check what URL shows attached to your code, if differnt from what the Mag presently shows, then adjust the Mag menu to match the what the service shows.
