Won't connect to server

Hi all

I got this new box today an Avov on line, I'm trying to set it up but it won't connect, it hangs I'm entering 2.rocketserver.tv then my ID & Password, after hitting connect it says connecting but never connects.

I'm not having any luck getting up ROCKET, I've tried entering the following
http://1.iptvprivateserver.tv Along with ID and Password.

I have been able to get it working using the following

http://portal.iptvprivateserver.tv/stalker_portal/c/index.html

This confuses me.

You don't need any I'd and password just the url and your MAC address.

Ok, please let me understand, the MAC is displayed in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
So in the URL field I enter 1.iptvprivateserver.tv and then enter the MAC address in the ID and password fields? What I'm getting at is what do I do with the MAC address?

He said there's a place where he have to enter an id and password
I never see that in a Avov unit,all he have to do is enter the correct url.

yes there is were you add server two boxes next to it click on them

But the server is still in free mode he doesn't need to enter anything but the server url address.

as you were told before, we are still in test mode(free) at this time. The correct url to use is 1.iptvprivateserver.tv...I tell you this for the last time, thks..

I do recall there is a setting in the stalker portal to change to main screen or last channel viewed option
