New Generic m3u Template for TV channels w/ HD Incorporated July 2018

This is a new TV channel only Template reflecting the new Channel names.
I have moved the New York locals to the top of the list and placed the new HD channels "beside" their SD channels.

As always, Find and Replace the search terms "xportal" & "xdonation" with your information and save as a plain txt file with the extension .m3u
Example;
xportal replaced by p1.iptvprivateserver.tv

It will show you how to do that editing very easily.
But in that I use the terms 'abc' and 'xyz' while kens uses terms "xportal" & "xdonation"

Depends on the program or device they use.
Something like Perfect player, if you use the URL link you will be loading over 7000 items.
A Custom playlist consists only of TV channels (from the TV Template) and you can tailor it any way you want.
Then you can use the URL in a browser to download the most recent playlist and copy and past any new channels you want into the custom Playlist.

Most programs give you the option of entering both and selecting which source you want, so ... use both. (if that helps!)

As for the guide, it is https (but all internet lookup tables in routing equipment, will correct the error without you knowing.
(put the guide url as http in a browser and see what the URL address is when it connects).

It took me a minute to snap, but London live, PAC 12 some others, search and replace, the data there is something other than xdonation/xdonation and xportal. I don't know how to fix this.

I pulled my own list and like PAC 12 have some whole different stuff in that area.

I don't know what I am missing. Any advice?

Those are Remote (or Open) Channels.
They are available even when the Server is Down.
There are lots of open channels in the list.
These are available to anyone (if they know the URL - and the URL changes occasionally)

OK thanks, I just noticed some of those channels for instance, show and http link and then just "lol" so... Im sure that wont work but I understand the other information. Thanks for your help. I have been using PP and your templates about a week. Works GREAT! Now I have video on demand and the categories make it really easy to find something to watch.

Thank you for your quick response crazed 7.2 and your obvious kind effort to help! I am using the server url (portal no.x etc.) I don't know the url for my playlist as my (early!) setup for iptv was with a MAC address. I got a playist downloaded then but I never saw a url for it. Under these conditions how can I now get the playlist url or do I have to follow the process of deleting my MAC address, etc., and get the url that way? Your advice will be most appreciated and thanks in advance.

when you delete the MAC and then choose a Playlist (generic with options), the http address that shows up in red print is the URL of the Plylist
Kens mediafire link has the playlist as a hard copy, but it also originally came from that same URL

Thanks again crazed 7.2. As everything has been working fine, I have hesitated to change anything, following the mantra:"If it ain't broke, don't fix it". However I guess I will have to proceed from here through the MAC deletion process.

You only get that message if you are trying to access the Stalker Portal, (MAC# authentication), and you are not sending proper handshaking, (stalker protocols).
*Note -The Server will not give you a playlist if you have a MAC# linked to your account. You need to remove it to use Perfect Player with a URL Playlist source.

HOLY COW! Thanks kens. I used your template playlist url and voila! - I have a functional PP with channel list and EPG! I understand that if I want my own preferred playlstt I will have to go through the MAC deletion process but for now I am quite satisfied with the list that is being loaded. I therefore look forward to your promised PP "goodies". Again. my deep gratitude for your great assistance.
