USING ROCKET bought NFPS MISTAKE

I normally use rockets when i bye donations through our site but this time around i received NFPS my question is if I am renewing someone's dotation that is using rocket and now I have NFPS do i have to redo his profile or can I just renew from my reseller portal?? thanks in advance.
