Most stable IPTV service

have also been out of the IPTV for a while. I have had Rocket in the past. Im still usning A NUC to run Kodi 17.3 using Openelec Just wondering which server Rocket NFPS or iks66 has the most stability and also best HD available. Thanks for your help.
