After the update BuzzTV won't connect to the URL. It gives a message "Cannot get response from server!" and if I go and do the factory reset, after the reset process it will work fine till the automatic update is applied, and immediately after the update is completed, I get the same error (Cannot get response from server!).
Need help. Most of my friends are having the same issue.
dont have that issue nor have any other people I know
what O/S? All rocket users?
You can uncheck automatic updates in the meantime

update took okay over here, and connection was re-established okay.
The notes say it would be about 20 seconds after hitting the OK button, to complete the update and that was about correct.

reboot modem/router
It's not the issue with the internet connection or router/modem. If I do Factory Reset, it will work fine and immediately after that it will apply the latest update and that is when the error start showing up and it won;t load any channels

with Auto Updated unchecked and set on Manual, you will see a message appear that an update is ready. That same message shows the release notes and an INSTALL button. It should not install until you click on that button, or exit the screen and go to Updates menu and install manually that way. But you should not be forced to install. I did look at that because I wanted to see how it was doing with old software (iptv app version) before I updated.
I have tried this a couple times and with Auto off, the update should not install until you direct it to.
Try to get it working on old software and with Manual Update enabled, then start up Live TV and when you see that message about new update, exit live TV (use the Back RCU button) and then Settings and into Update menu and try the update thru Manual option that way.
Just click it once and wait. It will seem like nothing happened, but wait. It will reboot on it's own and complete the update within 20 seconds or so.
Check results.

Thanks Guys. this help
Yep.. once I configure it with Auto Update (Un-Checked), it ask for update. And I just bypass it for now by pressing the Back button.
But I will try the trick of coming out of the App and then Apply for updates from the Settings.

cool beans tejineeti :)
Noticed that with the now default Player (which used to be Beta Player) there is a glitch every now and again with the VODs, which is usually a lose of video (the video freezes) but the audio continues uninterrupted.
I think this was the same as before they switched the Players too and when this was the Beta Player.
When I switch to the original Player the issues seems to go away.
It does not happen often, maybe 4 times during a movie and is a very short interruption before the video straightens out.
I think I tested that enough to tell, but I will go thru it again next time the VODs are used here :)
One thing I did find out too is that you can switch the Players while watching a VOD and the movie will resume on it's own at spot you left it, after the switch.
