To whom it may concern,
For the last four days the s2.iptv.tv server has given the error message "STB is Blocked call your reseller".
I cannot change this routes to s1.iptv.tv and waited for a fix.
I need help because some of my friends and family cannot access their content.
Please advise.

In my reseller panel it stays locked on s2.iptv.tv, it will not let me change it!

with resellers, you have to do each code individually at the iptv66 website. Not thru your panel but log on each code thru their own credentials and change portal that way.
Or get your clients to do each on their own.

Can you post the url to access that area? O don't have a username and password for each one. Just route number and mac address for each user. Please forgive me, I'm not that advanced with service yet.

Does each client have a Client ID assigned ?
They should... By default the client ID is --> For Sale ... or it may be your email addy.
To log onto each code, use that Client ID in place of the 16 digit order number and use the 13 digit number as the Route number.

send your clients that Client ID...it replaces the order numbers , so as you can keep them 16 digit order numbers to yourself and safely private.

just so you know, there are only two portals for iptv66

s1.iptv66.tv
or
s2.iptv66.tv

After changing the portal on each code, you will need to send new portal to your clients so they can add that into their server set-ups.

and anytime you need assistance with these codes, I can help... or ilan can too :)

And just to add a bit more for you... change each Client ID so each client has their own personal one and send that to each person, or leave all as your email,,, but do not leave it as default.
Not an issue if you do, but best to not.

Sorry but system doesn't allow me to change to s1 portal,I'm a reseller too but try every day and system said donation begins with 6820 or 6821 and all my customer begin with 6822, thanks for your help.

Are you trying to change portals thru your panel ?
Or are you trying thru an individual client's code credentials?

Send me one of the credentials in private message if you want me to look at it.

You can always use the email that bought the code or the Client ID , in place of that 16 digit order number, but that needs to be done with the individual client's credentials (code) and not thru seller panel.

Routes (newer routes) have 3 letters from the alphabit included in the 13 digit route number
The letters are at the beginging and one in the middle and one at the end.
You sent me the route but you had a zero at beginning instead of a capital letter O

Change that and then it will allow you to log on :)
and that message about the 6822 thing is an old message and does not mean anything about the order number itself, it is just pointing out that there was an error (which was the letter and number thing in that route number).

You have to lock to a country code before changing the server.
If you have no country selected it's a two step process.
1. Select country and save
2. Log back in and select server.
