EPG Guide off by 4 hours - is there a fix?

Running a z7+. Have a couple different subs. The only sub where the EPG Guide is off by 4 hours is NFPS.
I've tried everything. I know this issue has been discussed in many forums, but I cannot find a resolution.
Is there a way to correct this?

Install Kodi and use re-release of IPTVXtra video addon

Auto setup of IPTV Simple PVR + Auto disable/ enable.
Renumbered channels
EPG Guide auto set.
Access to VOD (***All Adult content omitted (temporarily))

Install to Kodi
Open the Video addon
Click Open IPTVXtra Settings

Enter your Donation#
Select your Server/ Portal
Select Guide source (only 1 right now)
*Save Settings.
Click VOD or IPTV to Download your Playlist data.
Click Auto-set IPTV Simple PVR

Go to home screen and click TV.
