black screen

ok I have already successfully set up a mag 250, but I am having problems with the mag 254. when I power up the box I get infomir screen and it say "loading". Then all I get is a black screen and that's it? I have looked online to trouble shoot the issues and I have read that the software could be corrupted and I need to re install. I can not find a working link to the software. can someone please help me out or any other ideas to fix my issue. Thanks!

so I did a factory reset and know I only get a blue screen. can someone just give me the link to the infomir firm ware so I can load through my usb stick. I have looked every where and tried everything and I cant update thanks.

The BIOS Zone is indeed a dangerous area!

ok thanks for the link, but how do I download bootstrap 254 and imageupdate url and turn them into files? when I click on them to download they download as text docs. can someone please advise thanks?

Take your USB-Stick and make a folder named MAG254.
Then copy both files to your new folder.
Rename bootstrap 254 to only bootstrap.
Rename imageupdate.url to only imageupdate.
