no audio

i have a mag 254 and i got no audio some days i have and some days i dont and some days i have and the box go s off than went i turn it on is no sound any help ?? thank u guys.

prolly something to do with the HDMI cable or connection, maybe.
If you have another HDMI cable, try that for results.

I thought I had the same problem. 322 box, new setup. ITK66. The audio output is very low. Turned up the volume (tv and box) and all is good. ITV plays slow. Not slo-mo slow, just slow. Haven't figured this one out yet.
