Stuck on 'MyTvOnline isn't responding

Good day,
one of my DLite's does not go through and is repeating 'MyTvOnline isn't responding. Also after choosing 'wait' or choosing 'ok'.
Is there a way to reset the box during start-up ?

in menus there is an option to set what app starts at start up.
Not sure what menu, but in the setup guide posted I think it tells us.

Change the portal that the server is entered on too

Thanks Crazed. Change of portal indeed makes a change. Faster now.
But I had to wait 45 minutes before it went through and I was able to change the setting.
During that waiting time, isn't there a way to interrupt to go to the menu ?
