Why does this happen and how can it be fixed?

it is 5pm EST now and 66 is not down, not here anyway :eek:

Does your computer take updates at those times or other scheduled tasks ?
Are you able to get on-line to a site like iptvTalk at those times ?
I see you are not on-line right now, it is 5 pm EST

He is talking about some channels going off. It seems the U.S. channels die at that time then return after about 10 - 15 minutes. So some channels are going down at those times. However the service is fine.
