8888888 not loading User interface

after updating the box it is not respond to 888888 remote press to load user interface.
when 888888 is pressed during bootup the light goes red and erases all apps manually downloaded.
i can use the web browser to download apps and run them but the user interface never loads.

Please help

thanks, but i tried these solutions already, it seems as if the default launcher is not installed, do you happen to know the name of the default launcher apk ? or the default firmware?

why are you entering pw during boot?

i tried everything after x20 reboots with nothing plugged in ect ect, doing it all as recommended youtube u name it.

does anyone have the default firmware?
