Video quality on ESPN versus TSN

Was watching the NBA game on ESPN and was looking thru the channels and noticed that TSN2 was broadcasting it also. What a big difference in video on TSN, it was super clear. Any idea why this is and ESPN is so fuzzy.

Maybe More People watching on espn while TSN was less viewed...?!?

when a server loses a feed it's commonly replaced with sd until the hd can be put back
