TSN1-TSN 5 Sports channels no volume

Although the quality is better these channels have no Volume at my house. Is there a fix for this.. These are the few sport basketball channels that allow u to actually see the players faces

What box are you using.The NBA playoffs can be seen on TNT and ESPN if your TSN channels aren't working.I have a MAG254 and all the TSN channels are working with sound.

Dreamlink t1 plus.. i know the other channels that are playing the games but the quality is better on tsn

something going on there supaman.. the T1 Plus has sound on them channels...

Have you tried changing the server URL to the full URL ?
I would even try moving your server info from the portal it is now entered in the T1 portal menus, to another portal.
And remove user credentials if you are using them.

Got it, restarted box and it ask to download codecs. Downloaded codecs restarted boxes perfect sound. Thank guys
