T2 defaulting to choosen program

There is no subscription service at the moment and when I start up the T2, it goes automatically to the EDIT PORTAL Section.
Can the T2 be programmed to default to, say, YouTube, Netflix, maybe FreeTV Pro on starting up, without a subscription to any service?

yes, press Home Button.goto Settings click System then Startup App. Choose the app you want to load at Startup
